Service Description
Do you have a group of friends, students, teachers, a corporate team, or co-workers that could benefit from yoga, meditation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness? I can come to your work location or we can find a suitable park or venue for group yoga and mindfulness. Reach out if you would like to learn more, or to set up a time and date for group classes.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24-hour notice to avoid being charged for the session.
