I have over 2,000+ hours of Personal Training experience and a degree in Health & Exercise Science - Health Promotion. I teach proper form while slowly increasing fitness intensity in alignment with your goals. We will also play into mindset, nutrition, habits, and overcoming past limitations as these are key aspects to support any and all fitness goals.
