After booking, be on the lookout for an email that includes the coaching intake, coaching agreement, and an initial assessment. Thank you!* Life coaching sessions revolve around YOU. What would you like to work into or explore? We begin the session by determining what the focus will be. I then move into asking you a few short questions so that we can be clear and know what our goals are for our time together in that session. Next, we explore. I do not hold your answers, you do. In our sessions we create space and time for your own answers and intuition deep inside you come forward. To work into these areas, we explore emotions, body dispositions, beliefs, assessments, self-talk, mindset, etc. until you 'aha' and see what comes up for you regarding the topic we are exploring. The goal of our sessions is to give the 'fullness of you' an opportunity to align with what you do in your day to day living. Our goal is to create awareness, shifts, and action during not only our hour together but during your weekly post-session integration. Sliding scale options available. If you are planning on purchasing a package (for best coaching results and also cost per session is less), I will apply the first session already paid price to the package and
